Lawyer Tau (Cheng Dan Shui) was so good that he was honored by the Empress Dowager Ciqi as “The Golden Teeth”. He was welcomed by his people since he fought justice for them. Chut (Ho Po Sang) was accused of murdering the famous prostitute Sisi (Kwok Sau Wan). Tau represented him in court and met his match, Lung (Cheung Kwok Keung), who was crowned “The Iron Mouth”. Although Tau could not win the case, Chut was ready to become his student as he was deeply impressed.
Tau attended the retirement ceremony of the famous Kat (Kwan Hoi Shan). He met Shek (Christine Ng) who framed Kat into imprisonment. Tau attempted to prove Kat innocent and discovered Shek was a girl. She was in fact the daughter of Tau’s enemy, Kan, and her name was Ying. They became enemies and in the end, represented China and England in court over a case in which a village-woman was raped by a British.
