高青雯(徐子珊飾)一直覺得最美麗的人生就是當上紅星。雯偶然認識了化妝連鎖店店長凌潔茹(羅敏莊飾)，茹看出雯有潛質，便鼓勵雯參加「完美真女人」比賽，最終雯贏得冠軍，並與亞軍簡寶意(梁政玨飾)一起加入電視台，成為藝員。雯亦在電視台內認識助導莊迪勤(黎諾懿飾)和新紮姐仔唐可兒(陳敏之飾)，三人十分投契，更成為好友。兒和新紮小生湯偉蒲(黃長興飾)因外形相襯，被成功塑造為螢幕情侶，人氣急升。同時，雯為娛樂「狗仔隊」袁國勳(王祖藍飾)窮追猛打，煩惱不已。勳為了採訪獨家猛料，一直跟蹤雯。另方面，勳暗戀雯，並故意討好茹來親近雯。勳最終失敗，竟改為追求茹。- Watch The Beauty of The Game 2009 - Episode 20
