This drama is an adaptation of the American CBS TV series “The Good Wife(2009-2016)“, starring Juliana Margulies.

Thisdrama is about a woman, Kim Hye Kyung (Jun Do Yun) who assumes responsibility for her family after her husband, Lee Tae Joon (Yoo Ji Tae) is thrown into prison after a very public scandal. Lee Tae Joon is aprosecutor with the Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office who getssent to prison and whose wife is then propelled to return to her formercareer as a lawyer to support her family.

金慧京的丈夫李泰晉原本是一帆風順的檢察官，因捲入政治醜聞和貪腐案而被拘留。婚後辭職在家的慧京為維持家庭生計，時隔13年回到律師事務所當律師，逐漸找回自己的存在價值。
