Ichika Tendo (Ayame Gouriki)is a single mother raising her five year old son alone. She is also a doctor recently assigned to work the doctor car for a general hospital. Unlike an ambulance, the doctor car has a physician when making visits. Ichika Tendo struggles against Asagi (Shunsuke Nakamura) who is the manger of the doctor car team and the son of the hospital board chairman. Asagi wants to get rid of the doctor car.
